Who runs the GOP?

Let's see, RNC Chair Michael Steele referred to Rush Limbaugh's show as "ugly" and "incendiary." Limbaugh shot back that the RNC sucks right now and that if he were the chair, he'd quit.

Which one of them has to apologize? That seems like a pretty good test.

Ah, that was quick.
"I went back at that tape and I realized words that I said weren't what I was thinking," Steele said. "It was one of those things where I thinking I was saying one thing, and it came out differently. What I was trying to say was a lot of people ... want to make Rush the scapegoat, the bogeyman, and he's not."

You should watch Rush Limbaugh's keynote speech at the 2009 CPAC on YouTube. He was very conceited/arrogant, and was basically bragging about how great he is. The political aspect of his speech was shallow. The sad part was that the audience loved his speech, and kept responding with thunderous applause.

The GOP will have a have a tough time moving forward if they keep treating Limbaugh like a god.

If you watch Rush Limbaught's kenyote speech at the 2009 CPAC what you will see is a successful man. That success threatens a lot of insecure liberals.

Also in Limbaugh you will see a concerned American who has conservative values. He's not a racist or any of the other negative labels people put on him.

By the way elected Republican officials are supposed to motivate and lead this country. Too bad they are not yet up to the task.

Limbaugh is certainly a successful man -- he's done very well in the talk radio business, but in what sense does his success threaten insecure liberals? Can you give an example of this?
